Time:
This is pretty self explanatory. We will cover the wedding day at the times and locations specified in the contract. If some reason more than the contracted amount of hours is needed, additional hours will be billed at the rate of $135/hr which will cover the photographer and $45/hr for an assistant photographer if used.   <<<Back to Top

1 Photographer
This is the guy with all the expensive camera gear who will be responsible for capturing the photos of your special day. He will be Professional, courteous, patient, flexible and maybe even have a sense of humor. He may perspire a little and get out of breath, but will be doing his best to get the best pictures possible.   <<<Back to Top

Assistant
Having an assistant photographer is a great advantage to our clients. It helps the primary photographer concentrate on the work at hand and to work more efficient as the assistant can take care of a lot of tasks that would otherwise have to be taken care of by the photographer. Having a second shooter at the wedding allows more angles to be covered, it allows us to cover simultaneous events. It allows us more opportunity to set up a "backdrop" and take formal portrait type shots of the guests. It allows us to cover "action/reaction" type scenarios where the reaction or expression of a person who is watching the same thing that the primary photographer is watching can be just as priceless a shot of the event itself.   <<<Back to Top

Travel
Our studio is located on Dogwood Lane in Carol Stream, IL. We will travel anywhere in the Northern IL, Southern WI or  NW Indiana region @ $1.00 per mile traveled. You would calculate this by figuring the distance from Carol Stream, IL to the first location of the day, then multiply by 2. Traveling between sites such as church to reception hall etc would be covered under the time portion of the contract. We are willing to travel outside of the above mentioned region, but the cost would have to be negotiated for travel beyond these regions.    <<<Back to Top

Disk with ALL Photos
That's right, ALL photos. We are not going to promise you a certain number of photos. or quit after we capture a certain number of images, we will just cover the event and make All the images available to you. Of course we will weed out the junk (yes even pros can shoot bad shots). We will not skimp on taking the photos, we are shooting digital so you will get plenty, we mean, plenty of photos. These will be delivered as HIGH RESOLUTION, 300 dpi .jpgs. We will also include a "personal use license" which will allow you to use the images for personal use, making your own prints etc. All-Kind-ZA Graphics will still be the copyright holder of the images, but will grant the contracted party unlimited personal use license. Professional Editing
White Balance, color correction, contrast, creative cropping and several other points will be addressed for each image.
We will do some special effects, we will convert some to Black and White, we will add other nice finishing touches to your images. Very difficult special effects can be done upon request but additional fees may apply. We are very skilled in Adobe Photoshop and the entire Adobe Creative suite of software.

10x10 Window Cover Photo Album (Black or Ivory)
There is almost too many options available when it comes to selecting a photo album. We know, as we can deliver just about any type of album or coffee table book or multimedia DVD you can possibly want. It would be quite a task to list and price every type of album configuration so we opted to keep it simple, yet very nice. The package includes a 10" x 10" slip in type photo album containing 15 double sided pages (30 10x10 images). This does not mean that you have All 10x10 images. We achieve variety and interest by using composite images. In other words, If you want a page that contains a larger image on the left and 3 smaller on the right of the page we would achieve this by combining the images on a single 10 x 10 page. There will be templates available when you are getting ready to place your order so you will be involved in building your album the way you'd like. Of course if you have your heart set on something else we would not want to disappoint you. We can talk about it at our consultation. $100 Print Credit
The 30 10 x10 prints that will be in your album are included included in the package price. We know you are going to want more of the great images in different sizes. This credit will let you purchase some images from our HIGH QUALITY Lab. Some 8x10s some wallets some 5x7s, you get the picture. These will be the same quality prints that all your friends and family can order from the online proofing and printing gallery that will be set up for you as part of the wedding photography package.    <<<Back to Top



Online Proofing (No Time Limit)*
In the not too distant past, the newly wed couple would receive a "proof" book from the photographer and the couple and family would choose the prints for their album and any other prints they may wish to purchase. While we can certainly provide a 4x6 proof book of all images, this is NOT included in the contract price. Instead all the images will be uploaded to a galleries page for you to peruse over and over. You can tell all your friends and family and they will be able to view and purchase images from this same site. If you are more comfortable viewing your pictures "offline" we can provide a LOW-resolution "proof" disc for a nominal fee. (.15 cents per image). <<<Back to Top

Online Slide show (No Time Limit)*
Even though your family and friends will have the option to view the images in a "slide show" from the print ordering gallery we have opted to provide you with an added feature of having them hosted on a second site www.allkindza.phanfare.com. This site provides a nice slideshow that will have music and nice transitions (Ken Burns Effect). This site will Not allow your viewers to purchase prints but they will be able to just sit back and relax and view a slide show that tells the story of the day. If you have special music that you want played while your show is playing It can be added for $3.00 per title. <<<Back to Top

Online Print and Gift Ordering (No Time Limit)*
Your family and friends will be able to view and purchase a wide variety of prints and photo gifts from the online gallery. No more family bugging the couple for the "proof book" and taking forever to get photos from your wedding. The Print gallery can be in place in as little as 2 weeks. We will provide a complimentary card to place on the tables or wherever you'd like to place them that tells your guests how to view and purchase photos. This card will have a photo from your engagement shoot on the front and details for your guests on the back. This really makes it easy and quick for everyone to enjoy some of the photos of your wedding while the memories are still fresh. <<<Back to Top

Engagement Shoot/Consultation
We will provide you with an engagement shoot and consultation. This is a great opportunity for the photographer and bride and groom to get to know each other and break the ice so-to-speak. The photographer can get an idea of the personalities of the couple and they the personality of the photographer. It also gives the parties a chance to go over the contract and ask questions and just get an overall idea of how the wedding day will unfold. You will receive a low resolution proof CD of the shoot as well as a $50 print credit. We will convert up to 3 images to Black and White so you can submit to local newspapers etc. A High res disk of the entire shoot can be purchased for $150. <<<Back to Top



Rehearsal Coverage
**When possible, we like to attend the rehearsal. This helps us to take better pictures because we can get an advance look at the location, lighting and events of the ceremony. We can talk to the officiator so we can be on the same sheet of music as far a "flash" and "movement" are concerned. Unless directed otherwise we will take photos during this time which can be included in the final images. We will also cover the rehearsal dinner if desired. <<<Back to Top




Triple Image Backup
Not only will we keep duplicate copies of your images in our studio office, we will also store full size copies on 2 different off site locations. We will do this for as long as we are affiliated with the offsite locations. We make no guarantee that we will always have copies of your photos, but we will promise you that we will make every effort archive your photos so should you need to order or re-order images, even after years have passed, you should be able to through us. <<<Back to Top

Discounts Available
There are a couple of ways you can save some money on this wedding package. The first is to pay in full at the time the contract is signed. We will subtract $50 from the contract price and give you an additional $25 print credit.
Another way is to sign model releases that would allow us to use sell photos on our stock photography site: www.istockphoto.com/allkindza. You can earn up to $200 in Print credits by having prominent members of the wedding party sign these model releases. The following is a list of credit that can be earned. (credit is issued for each release signed).

Bride / Groom = $25 print credit
Best Man /Maid of Honor =$20 print credit
Parents or Grandparents of Bride /Groom =$20 print credit
Other wedding party members = $15 print credit
Other Significant Guests = $10 print credit

PRICE MATCH DISCOUNT
While some things like customer service, attention to detail, etc can't be compared, If while you are shopping for a local photographer you find one offering the same services for a better price, Please let us know and we will see if we can do better or at least match our competitors price.
